Writing Activity

P2 were writing sentences in groups. They had to choose a topic and everyone had to write a sentence on that subject.

The leader had to help make decisions fairly.

Everyone put their sentences on their group washingline. 

There had to be capital letters and full stops. The sentences also had to make sense.

P1 were working on phonics and building words. They used egg boxes and marbles to select letters randomly.

Whiteboards were used for creating the words.

Miss Smith had a group too. She worked with the magnetic boards and blending new words together.

When all the groups were finished we hung up the sentences.

We will share what we did with the other groups tomorrow.

We can decide if there are any corrections to make or improvements we could do.

Everyone worked really hard.
