Children in Need

Each class learnt a little bit about what CIN means. Then we all got together to raise some money for the charity.

P5 put together a great little event in the hall.

Everyone contributed by buying raffles and visiting the stalls as well as dressing up.

There was a nail bar.

Which was busy with a few people able to visit at the same time.

There was a Pudsy Bear penny picture.

It was outlined in coins.

There was face painting.

And colouring competitions.

There was a lucky dip and little sweets for having a go.

There was drop the penny in the pail.

If you were lucky enough to get a penny in the jar you won a prize.

P1/2 enjoyed the colouring competition!

We met up again at the end of the day to hear how much we raised and who won the competitions.

P5 did a great job of revealing the results.
The money raised in total was £304.39

The audience sat well waiting for the competition results.

Guess the teacher was won by Morgan.

The colouring competition was won by Stevie and Roman. P5 said they were impressed by the teamwork and the background which was added to the picture:-)

Then it was the winner of Design a Bandana.

That was won by Tegan.

Everyone who dressed up got to go to the front for a fancy dress display of costumes.

Millie and Gracie got a prize for their costumes.

Then it was the raffle held by Bat Girl, PJ Girl and The Auld Wife!

(Other class teacher was wisely behind camera!!)

Thank you to P5 and everyone who helped out, made an effort and spent money. To raise £304 was a great achievement :-)
