We split into pairs and one of the partners had to choose to be a teacher and the other partner was the pupil.
The teacher had to choose the activities for their pupil and themselves.
They had to help their pupil and make sure they managed the activity they had set.
Some teachers drew out dotty letters for their pupils to copy and try and learn the new letter formation.
There were other creative ideas to help remember the letters and sound.
The teachers gave the pupils lots of praise if they were doing well.
They also encouraged them to keep trying.
The teacher (Mrs Rendall) had to bring the lesson to an end even though the class were still keen to carry on.
That's enthusiasm for you;-)
