Orange & Poppyseed Buns

We had a great time baking this afternoon. Callie from S3 joined us to help out.


We were baking dairy free orange and poppyseed buns.


Everyone had their own equipment and had to measure their own ingredients before combining them.


It was amazing the differences in the final results.


The class were very good and made a superb job of the baking.


Of course there were one or two little blips! I think someone ran out of mixture before they got to their last case.


And some people did very well with their careful mixing.


The buns weren't quite ready for home because we squeezed in two baking sessions. So they are stored for Monday.


It was the first week so I was glad everyone got a chance to bake.
