Touch is the first sense we are going to learn about.
We discussed what that meant and watched some information on the EW board.
We discussed different words to describe touch...
...like soft, rough, hard, smooth, bumpy and proggy!
The challenge was to find at least three things which felt different.
Little bowls were used to collect the items, which were supposed to be quite small. Suitable for a display!
It was a bit windy.
But everyone managed to find something. Some people found lots!
We searched the whole playground.
In the classroom we glued all our finds to paper and labelled them with our description of how they felt.
