They have all had the responsibility of helping the preschool children to complete activities.
Some of the activities are developing early reading skills.
Whilst the P1/2 class are waiting for their role they work independently on their project folders.
Some of the children practise their reading before they share the story with the younger children.
And sometimes they choose to read them their reading book.
There is usually a name game to complete for name recognition and writing.
P1/2 keep a close eye on things!
They let the preschool children do the activity but they are ready to help and encourage.
Both classes have done very well.
